PCBA contract manufacturing
PCBA contract manufacturing covers board supply, parts purchasing, assembly and release inspection. WellPCB is a subsidiary of a corporate group; the Shenzhen PCBA factory is Shenzhen OurPCB Tech. LTD.
Published typical prototype lead times; the confirmed schedule depends on files, parts availability, quantity and test scope and is stated in the quotation.
Assembly and release decisions

Storage and kitting
MES-linked smart storage supports first-in, first-out (FIFO) material handling.
Solder-paste printing
The factory has 11 solder-paste printers, including GKG G5-N; printing precedes SPI and placement.
3D SPI
9 Sinic-Tek S8050 3D SPI units inspect solder paste before placement on every applicable SMT board.
Placement
YAMAHA YSM20R-2 and YSM10 placers run 01005 imperial placement and package-on-package (PoP) with solder-paste dipping in stable volume production.

Equipment includes 10 sets of original YAMAHA 4 mm-tape feeders; measured coplanarity tolerance is ±0.03 mm.
Reflow
JT JTR-1000D-N nitrogen reflow: O2 500-2500 ppm. Used for automotive, medical, industrial-control and new-energy products. Send your nitrogen-reflow requirements for project review.
3D AOI
5 3D AOI units include Sinic-Tek A510D and Vewzoom Venus510D; the AI-assisted A510D links to MES.

X-ray
One UNICOMP AX8200 X-ray unit and one TRI TR5001E ICT unit are available. Coverage is project-specific; specify locations, test preparation and acceptance criteria.
Wave soldering
Wave soldering is available; include through-hole requirements for process review.
Ion-water cleaning
Ion-water cleaning is available, with visual acceptance at 60x/80x against a cleanliness acceptance standard. No ROSE or ion-chromatography reports are available.
MES and traceability
MES supports unique-barcode traceability and material mis-load protection (scanning checks that the right reel is loaded), linked to smart storage.
Stencils and fixtures
Labeled stencils are stored upright; confirm stencil, pallet and fixture requirements for your assembly.
Before your assembly enquiry
What quantities can I request?
WellPCB publishes 1–250 units with no minimum order quantity for low-volume assembly. For first-article and repeat-build decisions, see low volume PCB assembly.
How should I request an IPC class?
State the class and standard revision in your RFQ and drawing. We confirm what is achievable for your project before quoting.
Does the assembly certificate cover the bare boards?
