Which factory builds your order

WellPCB assigns the Shenzhen or Shijiazhuang assembly factory for each order, considering the project, the order size and the status of each factory, and coordinates the choice to protect your delivery date. Ask us to identify the proposed assembly site in your quotation.

Confirm in your quotation

  • Commercial parties: WellPCB Tech Co., Ltd. is the contracting and payee company for your order; WellPCB also invoices and exports it. Confirm the shipment-document issuer in your quotation.
  • Identify the manufacturing sites: PCB supplier, assembly factory and the contact responsible for the handoff between them; match certificate scope to the proposed work.
  • Assign material decisions: purchasing, approved alternatives and accounting for customer-supplied parts.
  • Set release responsibilities: who approves inspection exceptions, first articles and shipment; which revision-linked records are required (records tied to the board and assembly file versions).
  • Specify delivery: destination, receiving contact and required export documents; confirm availability.
  • Agree transport and packing: shipping terms, charges, proposed transit period, destination formalities, labeling and any split deliveries.

Export documents

Send your destination and required invoice, packing-list, origin and declaration details. For PCB orders, WellPCB can supply certificate files (ISO-related certificates, IATF 16949, UL and RoHS), a capability PDF and a factory introduction PDF. Ask which documents apply to your order and who issues them.

Shenzhen PCBA factory

Match the proposed work to the Shenzhen OurPCB Tech. LTD PCBA certificates or the separate PCB records for Shenzhen Uniwell Circuits Co., Ltd. and Jiangmen Uniwell Circuits Co.,Ltd.
